Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Good Morning (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Good Morning is a mobile application for iOS and Android that allows users to send personalized affirmations and messages to a connected partner. Messages are delivered inside the app, with a push notification at the delivery time you choose. Both partners need the app to send and receive messages.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You agree not to use the Service to send harassing, threatening, or inappropriate content
• You must have consent from the recipient to send them messages

Pricing

Good Morning is free to try. You can send your first ten messages at no cost, after which continuing requires a subscription: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. The Service is designed around a single message per day.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or your Google Play account, depending on where you installed the app, and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Some accounts have been granted free access; where that applies, no charge is made and no subscription is required.

If these prices change, the change will apply to new billing periods only and these terms will be updated before it takes effect.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GM Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
